E. Fredrick Preis, Jr. ("Fred") is a senior partner at Breazeale, Sachse & Wilson, L.L.P. Named among America's leading employment lawyers by Chambers USA and the top 50 Leaders in Law by City Business Newspaper. Preis has also been recognized as a Louisiana Super Lawyer in the field of labor and employment. He is counsel for both the New Orleans and Louisiana Hotel and Lodging Associations and a charter member of the National Academy of Hospitality Industry Attorneys. Preis served three terms as a member of the Board of Directors of the Metropolitan Convention and Visitor's Bureau and teaches in the Hospitality, Restaurant and Tourism School at the University of New Orleans. His scholarly articles on employment law have appeared in the Loyola Law Review, City Business, Employee Relations Law Journal and the State Bar Journal. Prior to serving as an officer in the U.S. Army, Preis earned his undergraduate degree in business and law degree from Louisiana State University.
