Kristi Jackson is the Chairman and co-founder of TFA Capital Partners, offering capital raising, strategic and M&A advisory services to the commercial and Tribal gaming and leisure industries. TFA has been a part of nearly $4 billion of capital raised for Tribes, creating over $300 million of value for its clients through these transactions. Jackson holds series 7, 24 and 63 securities licenses. Prior to founding TFA, she served as a Managing Director at Banc of America Securities, leading the Tribal finance effort. She holds a bachelor's degree from UC Irvine and an MBA from the Anderson School at UCLA.
