I've been both corporate & independent and they both have pros & cons. I've been with the Tropicana Las Vegas for the past 5 years & love it! We are now part of the Penn National Gaming company and we couldn't be more excited about the changes that are coming. I'm a UNLV grad and aside from one stint in Lousiana & one in Reno I've been out here since 1989.
