The odds are on gaming and entertainment. Gaming, at its most elemental
level, is a form of basic entertainment. Looking forward, the revolution in
distribution of entertainment will inevitably bring gaming and entertainment
closer together. This session will explore and discuss future ramifications
to both industries. The gaming industry's best bet is to strategically plan
for and embrace this convergence as a growth opportunity. It's effect on
the de-politization and normalization of gaming as a consumer entertainment
activity will also be discussed.
