For many years, Australians have been the world's most active gamblers, per capita. With casinos and "pokies"—slot machines—available in just about every state, along with sports betting, telephone and Internet wagering, and other forms of gaming, Australia is currently encountering a backlash never experienced in any country. This session will also discuss a smoking ban in Aussie casinos.
