Bio: Vic Taucer is the president of Casino Creations, a Nevada consulting and training firm that produces casino instructional seminars, trains dealers and supervisors for table games, develops gaming training curriculum and publishes gaming instructional textbooks. Taucer recently has served as director of casino training for the Paris Las Vegas Resort, Hotel and Casino, coordinating the opening and orientation programs for the table games department. A former casino educator, Taucer retired after 13 years as a professor of casino management for the University and Community College System of Nevada. He taught and designed many of the system’s casino training courses. The author of numerous casino instructional textbooks, his manuals on dealing and supervision, along with his new book, Table Games Management, are used in training worldwide. Prior to his foray into casino education, Taucer was an accomplished casino manager and executive in numerous Las Vegas casinos, including Caesars Palace.
