Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at our tradeshow. As an international exhibitor, it may be necessary for you to receive an official invitation to obtain your travel Visa. Please read the following procedures needed in order to expedite your request.
International Exhibitors requesting a Letter of Invitation must be registered exhibitors with a valid customer ID# prior to requesting an invitation letter.
Invitation requests should be received no later than 2 weeks prior to the Event's opening.
Click Here to access the Nonimmigrant Visa Invitation Letter Request Form. Please do not submit your form more than once as this may cause delays in processing.
Invitation processing takes approximately 5-7 business days after you have submitted the form. Due to the number of requests for invitations we receive on a daily basis, we resort to email and faxed invitations only.
