Cancellations received prior to August 29, 2025 are subject to a $75.00 service charge.
All cancellation requests are subject to review and will not be processed until (2) weeks after the show ends.
Cancellations must be in writing and all badges/tickets/confirmations must be returned before a refund can be processed.
Cancellations received after August 29, 2025 and “no shows” are subject to the full conference registration fee.
Conferees assume all risk incidental to participation in all activities, loss or damage to property, and release management, its employees and agents against any claims.
There are NO refunds for the Same Suit Networking Lunches.
