Executive Pastry Chef Lynn Mansel of Mohegan Sun, their resident "Michelangelo of batters and butter cream" who created the cake with the help of some 57 chefs and pastry artisans, will demonstrate his cake-baking skills together with a video of the making of this Guinness record-setter here at G2E.
