Since Internet gaming companies revenues are held in banks in foreign jurisdictions, the impact of the Patriot Act may cause the international banking community to be forced to be more vigilant relative to Internet companies concerning anti-money laundering and enhanced due diligence on account holders to comply with the USA Patriot Act and U.S. banking mandates.
